Summer prep leads to law firm Fall associates’ success!

Law firms, the new associate season is upon us. I am excited to offer two innovative, interactive professional training presentations that prepare your new associates for success.
1. Professionalism and Wellness for New Lawyers
This training will teach associates the following:
- Meeting Expectations of Clients: Advise associates that mid-level and senior associates as well as partners are their clients, and reliability, responsiveness, and clear communication are key.
- Establishing and Maintaining Professional Relationships. Teach associates that first impressions happen quickly and are long lasting so being thoughtful about first encounters is critical.
- Wellness is Part of our Professional Responsibility. Remind associates that taking short breaks actually contributes to our productivity and how practicing wellness contributes to clear judgment and effective lawyering.

- First Impressions Count: Equip associates to craft impactful introductions that showcase their expertise and the client problems they solve.
- Every Encounter is an Opportunity: Teach associates that every new encounter may be an opportunity for business and career development.
- Focus on Value: Remind associates that they will meet new people every day and should be ready to answer the question “What can I do for you?” since that is what the others are wondering during introductions.
